You can do as the following steps:
1. Ask Workers use air guns to blow the guide rails and rack surfaces before leaving get off work every day to prevent too much dust from accumulating
2. It is recommended to use No. 46 guide rail oil in winter and No. 48 guide rail oil in summer. When the seasons overlap, be sure to change the oil number in time. Or use No. 46 oil all year round, but pay attention to adjusting the oiling time and oil amount
3. Let workers often touch the two sides of the y-axis, the X and Z axes, and the lead screw to check whether they are lubricated in place.
